<p><strong>Constitutional Emoluments Protection of American Interests Act of 2025</strong></p><p>This bill prohibits the use of federal funds (1) at any property or entity owned by, managed by, or under the control of Donald J. Trump; or (2) to enter into any new contract, grant, or cooperative agreement with such a property.</p>
